Idea for buff License Killer : Xenomorph, Nightmare, Demogorgon.

The Xenomorph.

As a fan of the film, and a fan of The Xenomorph, I think this will be a disappointing Killer License Same level of disappointment as The Nightmare.

The developers gave too much power to the Add-On: Emergency Helmet and Turrets. This makes every time players will play The Xenomorph very necessary to rely on this Add-Ons. Because if they don't use Crawler Mode they will be quickly stopped by turrets.

For me, the charm of The Xenomorph is the speed of its movement. And the silent attack.

Buff idea in my opinion.

  • CRAWLER MODE can be used at any time by pressing the Ctrl key.
  • Increased the effect of Turret. For example, if attacked by a turret, will receive Hindered status 35% in normal walking and 50% in CRAWLER MODE to compensate for the fact that The Xenomorph can use CRAWLER MODE all the time. Therefore had to increase Strengthen the Turret as well.
  • Change the ability of Add-On: Emergency Helmet to something else.

The Nightmare

As for The Nightmare, I understand that it is using a license from A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) and not the original film. So you may not be able to do much.

But for me, The Nightmare used to be strong until Patch 4.7.0 where Dev turned The Nightmare into garbage.

My question is, for what? Even though The Nightmare is a normal Walking Killer.

in the past he was strong because the survivors had to escape from dreams, and the more survivors stayed in their dreams, the stronger The Nightmare became.

But these days, Survivors rarely need to use an Alarm Clock or be woken up from their dreams, except by being chased.

And really asked Are the Jump Rope and Swing Chains abilities more suitable for The Spirit? Patch 8.1.0 is coming soon. Iron Will is back to 100%

You might not know, but in Asian we have a joke about The Nightmare: "This Killer's name is The Nightmare, but it's the Killer player Nightmare, not the Survivor player Nightmare".

Buff idea in my opinion.

  • If you don't want to completely rework it, you can adjust the Add-Ons' abilities to make them more useful and suitable for The Nightmare.
  • Brings back the Swing Chains and Jump Rope abilities from Patch 3.1.0 or Patch 3.4.2.

  • Black Box is a good add-on, but the duration is too short. It should be increased to 30 seconds.
  • Increased the duration of the Hindered status when Survivors come into contact with DREAM SNARES (personally I think should increase from 3 to 5 seconds).
  • Increased size and number of DREAM SNARES.
  • DREAM PROJECTION has a cooldown that is too long. Should reduce cooldown and be able to teleport to all generators, both finish repaired and unfinished.
  • As for Dream Pallets, I don't like it and hardly use it. I consider them less useful than DREAM SNARES.
  • Added an effect that goes beyond Oblivious to make Survivors afraid of being in a dream. and want to wake up.

The Demogorgobn

As for The Demogorgon, he just got a buff in Patch7.6.0 regarding Shred Attack (Successful Shred Attack: 2.7 seconds from 3 seconds).

But for me, The Demogorgon's weak point isn't Shred, but Portals that need to be placed in at least two locations to use. They aren't immediately usable like The Xenomorph's tunnels.

And Portals are very easily destroyed. I think placing Portals closer generator early in the game would be great (like tunnel's xenomorph). Survivors can temporarily close Portals (temporarily unavailable for use). not destroy.

    I think xenomorph is fine as is.

    as somebody who got p100 on this killer, I find turrets to be completely manageable without the anti turret addons.

    I think the only changes this killer needs is a better crawling mode animation. Xenomorph should not hold his tail over his head like scorpion 24/7. crawling animation in post-game screen with the tail in relaxed state looks 10 times better and fits the killer way more than the actual animation. that's what they should change.

    or they should swap crawler mode with his bipedal stance. make a new animation for the tail attack and make xenomorph's most threatening state be his bipedal stance while crawling would be triggered whenever xenomorph is burnt out of his power.

    Idk about the xeno change…it's good that turrets would still be a counter but I think them just hindering would be way less exciting than what we have now which actually puts a unique challenge on the xenomorph player, and the tail attack cooldown could be reduced but the hitbox is fine and people just don't understand how it works or can't aim

    Yes! I understand what you're talking about on Xenomorph. All these people that say that "xenomorph is fine", just havent seen a single movie, or video game with him.
    As the hitbox with tail also agree that sometimes its unclear how it works, personally sometimes i try so hard to aim for the turret, and it misses, but when I dont aim, it hits perfectly.

    all that stuff from OP post is true. freddy became garbage when his -action speed add-on were removed.

    demo needs portals buffs, even reddit AMA was asking for this. I already suggested that demogorgon have base-kit lifeguard whistle add-on for portals and that his total portal count be increased from 6→11.

    Alien's issue is that all his add-on are near garbage and the turrets are plain annoying for killer. I just wish he had like add-on like increase tail range by +2 meters and like grants +2% haste when in runner mode. like more useful stuff. Alien's add-on are like pre-reworked demogorgon add-on. just all super safe with nothing really attractive to use.

    An interesting thing to note on Xeno. While most rank him quite high on a tier list his kill rate is actually usually one of the lowest few surprisingly.
