Step 1: Pick Hag
Step 2: Click the shop icon
Step 3: Click the outfits filter
Step 4: Hover over the glitched skin
The ice hag skin one to the left of the Sapling Siren skin is also named Sapling Siren in the store menu, these are separate skins entirely.
