PC - Stuck in terrain

Step 1: Boot game
Step 2: play survivor and get the decimated borgo dunegon map
Step 3: walk through the portal in the library (room with purple star covered ceiling)
Step 4: You are now stuck in the terrain.
Additional info
myself and another survivor both got stuck.
I was Meg. They were Felix.
The knight was unable to hit us with basic attack or with the company.
Im not sure which log is correct so i uploaded the 2 most likely ones based on time stap
it would have been the last match played before the game was closed on whichever log

I can confirm that the killer can get stuck too, here is a picture of a Plague that could not move or do basic attacks anymore
