The Dredge has come up with a way to make the locker portable!

The Dredge is a very well-rounded killer, but is a bit underpowered right now.

This is mainly due to the Sloppy Butcher nerf and the 3Gen System, but even without that, his strength is very map-dependent.
He's still a very powerful killer in Midwitch, but he's really miserable on maps with few lockers, like farms.

Simply strengthening his chase ability is dangerous due to his strong map dependency.

Well…it would be nice if they could simply increase the number of lockers on those maps, but it would take a lot of work, and I think it would be a bit inefficient to have to think about locker placement for The Dredge every time we add a map.

So I had an idea: The Dredge should carry the lockers himself!

  • New Ability: Fear Carry
    • When you are not in Nightfall and your Nightfall Meter is more than half full, hold m2 while in the locker to exit the locker and perform Fear Carry.
    • During Fear Carry, the locker you started in will be highlighted and your movement speed will be reduced just like in Gloaming. You will also not be able to teleport and Nightfall Meter charging will be stopped.
    • When there are no obstacles around, you can press m2 to place the highlighted locker in place. At this time, Fear Carry will be deactivated and half of your Nightfall Meter will be consumed.
    • It can also be deactivated by pressing the ctrl key or by stunning it.
    • The placed locker is called a Warped Locker.
  • Special Object: Warped Locker
    • Warped lockers are now highlighted while groaming.
    • Warped locker key cannot be completely destroyed and can be locked multiple times.
    • Survivors can see The Dredge's aura when they enter a Warped Locker.
    • When The Dredge is hiding in a Warped Locker, Killer Instict will trigger even when not in Nightfall. The range of this effect is doubled during Nightfall.
    • A locked Warped Locker will attract The Dredge more strongly when it is teleporting than any other lockers around it.

So that's the locker carry ability.
It seems pretty silly, but it allows The Dredge to cover areas where there are no lockers without increasing his strength on maps like Midwitch.
Additionally, Survivors can counterplay by constantly relocking their Warped Lockers, preventing them from being overly oppressive towards generators.

He is already a killer with many complex abilities, and I admit that this adjustment makes his abilities even more complicated.
However, this ability is optional for the killer and should only be used when necessary.
For survivors, the Warped Locker is almost the same as a normal locker, so there are no additional skills that need to be acquired.

I believe there are other changes (numerical ones) that should be made to his base kit or addons, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on this suggestion for now.
