PC - Menu themes have had inconsistent volume levels since 7.6.0

The theme that plays in the main menu has pretty good volume, but other themes are quiet, especially Alan's theme. The Iron Maiden theme is also fine. Pyramid Head and Cheryl have a big volume difference, Cheryl's theme is way louder than the killer's.
