Wrong audio file for newest sable skin (all platforms)

The new Sable Ward skin "Whimsical Weather" uses the Flip-Flops / Sandals footsteps sound rather than barefoot. So technically this bug only affects the "Barefoot Luck" legs part of the outfit.
