It's getting worse
Today was a nightmare. I thought at first that people were just overly dramatic about survivors disconnecting or giving up but I was playing only survivor today (regrettable) and things started to go bad. Real bad. I got the most unfun matches of my life. I had survivors slinging me on hook, never healing me, never doing any generators, dcing, afking, working with killer. They robbed all fun from me. It really made me sad.

It’s really bad right now. The devs need to take a look at why so many survivor players are upset and work on fixing it.

Even better, start banning those who "upset" and somehow tries to make other survivors miserable, basically they should ban griefers who is hurting the game
It's not like acting against the game rule will be allowed when they are mad or upset, quite opposite

POV: I ban players for trying to complete archive challenges.

Honestly I think it's the XP multiplier.
I keep seeing survivors afking and just trying to get through matches ASAP, even against trapper and freddy.

Levels you up, each level gets you shards, shards get you cosmetics and other characters, so on and so forth.
Good enough reason for some to just… Not try and grind them. I've seen it before.

I've noticed less giving up these past couple of days. I must have been lucky.
Two in about ten matches yesterday (first hook cases both times).

It has been a little rough for sure, but we need more people who can bring the qualities and mentality needed for soloq - hopefully such players will eventually bump into each other more frequently

Not all of them do. Some are truly just that entitled.
You have a point though. Not everyone can be put in the same basked, which makes this problem a lot harder to fix.

It's entitlement. I think we need stricter penalties and to remove the ability to remove yourself on hook.

Bridging the gap between SWF and Solo's would help.
