Are silencing effects additive like Stridor, or multiplicative?

I run No Mither almost permanently. I run Iron Will with it for the purpose of not whining all game, but I'm curious if those effects are additive like Stridor will be or if they are multiplicative? I don't think that having silence on No Mither is such an overpowered use of silence that it would need to be overruled by Stridor considerign I'm always one shot.
Perhaps in the future No Mither could have a permanent unaffected silencing effect rather than the 75%? A buff to my baby No Mither would be a beautiful sight 😩

Pretty sure only Stridor is additive and everything else remains multiplicative
