'Name & Shame' on Steam's profile

Hi,

Is the 'name & shame' on a Steam's profile is allowed or reportable ? Because 'someone' tells many things about me & after a public match, I was toxic & insulting (?) 'in all dbd matches' (whereas we have just played one single match against each other).
After I tried to explain myself about the postgame chat where I could be 'toxic' & insulting', this person calls a massive report against me from his Steam's profile (to ban my game's account I guess ?), rewarding anyone following this call by a 'dlc' gift.
(No, I can tell you who is it, it is out of subject)

Please, what do you think about this & should I do something against this behaviour ? Should I take this threat seriously ?

Anything outside of the game would have to be reported to the platform it is occurring on; in this case, it would have to be reported to Steam for Harassment. You can report the comment he made requesting others to target, by hovering over the comment, and clicking on the gold flag that appears to the right of it.
