Mmm...it's likely either a codename for some part of the game like the option menu or something (many games with similar loadings have some of those for humor purposes) or the name of an (incomplete/unavailable) game mode or event that is already in the game code but doesn't appear yet and was mistakenly left there.
Those are just theories though, game theories.
