Bloodpoint Cap - The Gifted Pool and the 2 Million Earned Cap Pool are no longer separate

Unsure if this is an intentional change, or a bug that's happened in the last month or so, but previously, you were able to continue earning bloodpoints above 2 million if you hadn't reached the intended 2 million earned cap.
Previously:
- You have 1, 700, 000 earned bloodpoints, you should have 300, 000 earned remaining.
- You are gifted 1 million from the monthly rewards and now have 2,700,00.
- You are still able to earn 300,000 bloodpoints until the cap kicks in bringing you to a total of 3 million.
Currently:
- You have 1, 700, 000 earned bloodpoints, you should have 300, 000 earned remaining.
- You are gifted 1 million from the monthly rewards and now have 2,700,00.
- You are unable to proceed beyond 2, 700, 000 despite having 300k left in the earned pool.
