Hawkins Map - Tube Drop Killers can entry from below

Description: On the Hawkins Map there is a Tube Drop down as seen in the image above. The only way to enter it was from the top, since the bottom entry is elevated. Since the last few matches on this map, killers could just walk inside the down entry of the tube. Surviviors can't enter it from below.
Steps to reproduce: I have faced multiple Killers that could just walk in the tube from below entry. One time The Doctor used his shocking ability standing straight infront of the down entry, then he could just walk inside. Not sure if using the Power is even necessary.
How often does this occur: Every Killer can just walk into the down entry.
