PC - Mother's Dwelling spawned with an additional generator

I don't have any steps to replicate this bug as I am unsure what caused it, the only "modifiers" to the match was 1 additional chest spawning from a Screech Cobbler offering.
During a match on Mother's Dwelling, I noticed that there was 1 gen left to be repaired, but 4 gens on the map, meaning the map had spawned with 8 generators instead of 7.

Because this VOD is from the Survivor perspective, I'm unsure if they encountered all 8 generators or not.
