PC - Initialization error

When I load the game up after this new update I get this error at the main menu and cant load in.
"The game has initialized incorrectly and may not save your game properly. Restarting your game may resolve the problem."
I've restarted the game, my pc, reinstalled, verified files and nothing works, and solutions would be helpful thanks, also my internet is totally fine.
