Cross-progression question about Region differences between PlayStation and Steam Accounts

Hello!

I just wanted to know something about my specific situation, though I'm sure lots of PlayStation users are facing a similar one due to Sony's stance on not allowing to change the region of one of their accounts.

I have my main PS account set to US, which is the one I use to play and the one linked to my BHVR and Steam accounts. But now I live in another country (And the Steam account is set to this new country), so I have a secondary PS account, set to my current country, to buy the chapters so I can use Family Share on my PS5 to be able to use them on the main US account, since getting US PSN cards is a HUGE hassle (I hope I was able to explain myself, I know it's kinda confusing).

I know it's 99.9% likely I'd have to buy the chapters again on Steam to be able to play them there, since I bought the chapters through the secondary PS account and Family Share wouldn't be available on PC. But my question is: Will the cosmetics that I've bought, mainly for Licensed chapters, still be available even though the Chapter itself I bought through my secondary account? And once I buy the chapter again on Steam I'll be able to use them again?

And, would there be no problem at all, of any kind, doing this? The different regions for PS (US) and Steam (current country) and such make me iffy, but then again, I kinda have no choice since they are the accounts I use to play, and the secondary one I only use to be able to get the chapters without getting US PS cards.

Hopefully that won't matter as the link will be ascertained through the BHVR portal. I assume you know to do this through the BHVR website?

Bearing in mind it isn't 'live' … yet.
