Dedicated servers stopped responding

Firstly, played survivor yesterday and got disconnected from games at random times as well as all other players, with the message dedicated server stopped responding, happened twice today as a survivor as well, then I play as Wesker for adept, get the same message after getting the 4k AS WELL AS a matchmaking ban, while losing my add ons, also didn't get the achievement that I shoulda got for doing my adept, this game is becoming unplayable - literally, this has been happening with increasing frequency for a year now
