Description: Leon survivor against Vecna on Coldwind attempted to use Flashlight multiple instances although aim was pointed down at ground. Used one Vecna box prior to bug occurring and could not aim Flashlight above elbow.
Steps to Reproduce: None
How often Occurred: Single match only
