Huntress hatchet hits not registering.

Platform: PS5 but I’ve seen it happen on pc as well.
Some of Huntresses hatchet hits aren’t registering since the Unreal 5 engine move. You hear the splash as if it’s hit but the survivor doesn’t take any damage. Happens with snipes and up close, all ranges. All maps.
