Perks not titled as perks?

match scoreboard issue
i noticed this about an hour ago; on match scoreboard at the end of games, whenever i hover my cursor over any survivor perk, instead of saying "very rare dwight/feng/etc perk" it says "very rare dwight/feng/etc item" and when i hover over killer perks, it just says "power." actual items and powers dont seem to have their label changed.
Step 1 : Open the game.
Step 2 : Play as either survivor or killer, i dont think it matters if it's a public match or not.
Step 3 : Finish the game (by any means.)
Step 4 : Hover cursor over any of the survivor or killer perks.
