Flashlight Cannot Aim at Killers Face for Blind

I was in a match with a "bot doctor" and decided to flashbang and get some blinds to get points. I was able to flashbang if I remember correctly but when I went to flashlight, this is what happened.
This also carried into the next game as well. Here is video of the incident
