Dredge stuck in lockers - XSX

On the Family Residence Yamaoka map, particularly around the main building, I've found multiple lockers that I can't exit from after teleporting to as Dredge. Whether it's been locked or not doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm stuck waiting for my teleport to cooldown so I can switch to a different (hopefully not bugged) locker.
I'm typically running BBQ & Chili, Make Your Choice, Surge, and Surveillance, though it's happened with other perks as well if I recall correctly.
