PC - Doctor visual effect prevents Snap Out Of It and recovering
Had a match against a Doctor and experienced a new bug. The Doctor used the Iridescent Queen addon, which causes survivors to carry a static charge until they reach another survivor, upon which it shocks both players.
This static has a visual effect, a field of sparks around the survivor, and occasionally the screen crawls and fizzes while you're carrying this effect. Whenever it would do this temporary effect (the screen overlay and noise), it would become impossible to Snap Out Of It - even if I held M1 the entire time, it interrupted the action, stuttering in miniscule bits of progress a la gen tapping, and only proceeded the progress bar as normal once the static effect was over (whether or not I kept clicking M1 or just held it the whole time.) This had the effect of making Snap Out Of It longer and sometimes forcing you to fail the skill checks.
I was not in communication with the other survivors, but I was noticing my teammates failing skill checks and screaming somewhat often, and also displaying the killer power survivor icon in fluttering bursts similar to the stutter I was experiencing on my end, so I think it's safe to say this affected every survivor in the match, not just me.
It also interrupted recovery while slugged on the floor, though didn't produce the same stuttering effect and I only had to re-press M1 to get it going again.
