Character Custumization

Feedback from a console player who wasn't able to test it in the PTB- it's not optimal, its hindering.

When i have a character equipped and wanna change its looks, the cosmetics i bought, the charms I've gotten, why do you put in an extra step where it first leads me to choose a fresh survivor, cuz thats the first option I got. Further instead of simply disabling the L2 and R2 button, they've been replaced by switching to the Custumization- where here it would be useful to switch fast between the different options for Head, Torso and Legs but nay nay you get transported to the unnecessary Bio page of your chosen survivor.

After more clicks theres the charms which lets just say it, its not very aesthetically pleasing. You can choose between having the charms hiding part of the to-be-selected-charms or just hide them completely and change on random.

We probably understand the reason for a no 'toxic' last second switch with the L2 and R2 buttons or the dressing in the same outfit quickly- but dear Behaviour you are limiting the players and hindering us in what should be nice and comforting features - choosing a nice outfit from the inventory and not have the feeling of being in the store.

Very inelegantly solved, there must be other solutions, give us the hide prestige level button, but mostly please give us back the old Customization options
