Double gen completion after someone dies

Description: when the killer kills someone and a generator gets completed afterwards, the generator count goes down by 2 ( e.g. If a generator is completed at 5 gens remaining it goes from 5 to 3) but the gens on the map go down by 1 (e.g. it goes from 8 gens on the map to 7)
Reproduce: Kill someone then the survivors complete a gen
How often does this occur: at least when the first survivor dies but it could be everytime a survivor dies
