PC- Unknown (Killer) Stuck in Ground on Asylum Map

In a public match I played Survivor against an Unknown (killer) and they got stuck in the ground of the Asylum map.

I booted up and started the game normally. This was my second match of the day. I didn't witness what happen. I only stumbled upon the player when I noticed they hadn't chased anyone for a little bit and they were active in the game to start with.

The Unknown was stuck right next to her teleport mirage.

They were stuck in that position no matter what myself and the other survivors tried to do to help them out of the bugged area.

This is the only time that I have ran into this issue.

This was on PC through Steam and I was playing in a Duo with one other person who plays on playstation 5. I was also streaming on Twitch and using OBS.
