[Trapper] Bear Traps + Addon "Bear Oil" is broken

With the recent patch 8.1.0, the traps of Trapper became somewhat broken/bugged.
Sometimes, you can't pick them up. It will play the animation of the trap being picked up, but it stays on the ground regardless. Please see video for reference, towards the end of it I needed several attempts in order to pick it up.
Furthermore, the addon "Bear Oil" is without use. As you can see in the video, I have it equipped, but setting a trap will still have the noise attached to it.
These bugs kinda make Trapper non-playable right now. Please fix ASAP. (Platform is Steam)
