Xenomorph Add-On "Acidic Blood" Only Works Once

Steps to reproduce:
- Join a public game as the Xenomorph with the Acidic Blood add-on
- Exit a tunnel in crawler mode to trigger the add-on
- Regardless of if the perk works or not, you can not trigger the add-on for the rest of the match.
Tested on Windows Game Store/Xbox version. Happens no matter what your perk loadout is, which map you are on or which survivors are in the game. Also happens in Custom Game mode.
