¿How can I fix the game freezing while loading a game?

Hello to anyone reading this post. I need help with Dead by daylight: the game starts, I enter the room, I can choose survivor or killer, I can search for a game, enter the room and start loading the game, but at some point while the game is loading, It freezes completely, absolutely nothing happens. I have had this problem for a long time, I looked for solutions but I didn't find anything to solve it and I tried the typical thing, checking the integrity of the files and then uninstalling and installing the game. I can't even play with friends, who tell me that the game was canceled because a player (referring to me) couldn't connect to the game. If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would be very grateful if you could help me.
