Adepts Not Being awarded (Solved)

(This was an issue with Xbox servers being slow, I was awarded the achievement a few days later)
After escaping through the exit gates twice with Cheryl while only using her 3 base perks, I haven’t been awarded the Adept Achievement. My first escape was with the Lisa skin so I swapped it to the default skin thinking that was the issue however even with the default skin I wasn’t awarded the Achievement.
This Bug/Issue happened on Xbox Series X
