Dead Hard perk - Activate when healthy
Dead hard can currently only be activated when injured, which leads to a counterintuitive situation when exposed.
Because being hit while exposed takes you directly from healthy to dying, you're unable to use dead hard at all, but if you're injured, you can use Dead hard to tank the hit.
This leads to a situation where you have more effective health when injured than when healthy.

What's the problem with exposed countering dead hard though, and dead hard actually counters exposed if you are not healthy, I can only say it is "fair"

one day they might buff dead hard to grant the MoM effect making it work even in deep wound without causing deep wound.

No. Dead Hard is already a Top10 Perk and buffing it this way would result in a much worse metagame: Ghost Face and Myers would get a huge nerf and they are already rather weak killers which would result in that less players will play these killers and instead we get more Nurse and Blight mains. Exposed Perks are already rather uncommon. NOED and Friends Til the End are the most common one. However, by nerfing these Perks and the other ones, it would result in killers run more Pop, PainRes, Grim Embrace, and Corrput. Overall, you would face the same killers with the same perkbuilds even more.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they would do it. invest in this prediction and in a year you will be rich.
