Chapter Concept
Killer Concept: The Fog
Looks: A swirling fog in the shape of a person
Ability: Mimicry
Press ability button one to open a menu (Like Vecna) showing all four survivors. Choosing one makes you appear as that survivor holding their item, have your aura read as a survivor, and move at the speed of a survivor.
Pressing ability button one while appearing as a survivor slows you down and swirls you in black smoke as you turn back into the killer.
While appearing as a survivor. Press ability button two to prepare a lunge attack during the short windup time your eyes leak black smoke, at the end of the windup you reveal your true form while leaping forward dealing damage.
While appearing as a survivor cooperating on a gen allows you to perform the sabotage action this action takes two seconds at that time your eyes leak black smoke (I don't imagine this smoke being very visible but more of as a small detail for survivors to look out for). Then the gen will explode causing damage to all survivors working on the gen and causing deep wound to those already hurt.
While appearing as a survivor healing another survivor unlocks the rend actions which downs the survivor. (The reason I think this is not overpowered is because the injured survivor has to stop to be healed, so they kind of had to let it happen.).
(The focus of this is to build distrust between the survivors while applying pressure.)
Ability two: Fake Chase
While in chase press the ability button one to create a fake shell (with collision) on your location which continues to chase the survivor. During this time you are black smoke on the ground which can’t be seen by the survivors. You will move at double speed and lasts four seconds. Pressing the ability button again opens the menu where you select a survivor and rise out of the ground as that survivor. Once you appear the shell loses collision. The shell persists for 15 seconds during this time you can teleport back to the shell. The shell follows the shortest path vaulting windows but goes around pallets. Pallets will not destroy the shell only stun it.
(The idea is that you can make the survivor believe there still being chased while you can set up an ambush with the survivor lunge, or fake them out and make them believe you are real because they saw both you and the killer in the same room)
Add-on ideas: Names are up for debate
Jar Lid: When exiting survivor form gain undetectable for ten seconds
Iridescent Fog: When using Fake Chase instead of creating a shell and turning into smoke, the target survivor whom you are chasing will appear as the killer aura and all.
Iridescent Jar: The shell will break pallets that stand between them and the survivor being chased rather than going around.
Perks: I have only one idea at the moment
Scourge Hook Discord: Hooking a survivor on a scourge hook places a 32-meter terror radius on the hook and gives you undetectable.
Counterplay: Mostly flashlights
While the killer appears as a survivor shining a flashlight reveals their true form and stuns them for a short time. The flashlight also dispels the shell. Survive with friends can also be a problem for this killer but I believe if played right he has enough utility to still be lethal.
Survivor concept: I’m not good at coming up with names
Concept: She is a bodyguard at a concert hall often visited by many popular bands such as No Spin. She loves rock (A very important piece of lore).
Perks:
Shock Stick: While on death hook this perk activates. While active hiding in a locker allows you to craft the shock stick. While touching the killer you can hit them with the shock stick, stunning them.
(I limited this to only one per person because I believe it can be very strong. Especially for saves. However, this is risky to use because the killer can still hit you. Counter includes Star Struck and Mad Grit)
Rock out: Shining a flashlight causes rock music to be played. After blinding a killer their ears are filled with rock music masking all other sounds.
(This one is not good but is fun and can be paired with perks that hide scratch marks for perfect escapes.

Body Guard: When taking a protection hit give the nearest injured survivor endurance for 10 seconds. Has a 30-second cooldown.
