Hey Team, just wanna share a suggestion.

Ever heard of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The headless Horseman, Ichabod Crane. Well, what if we had the headless horseman as a killer and Crane as a new survivor. Here's what I figured their perks would be. But first,

Assuming if this would interest you, the first selling point would be on the appearance. If your gonna take the inspiration from the book or the Movie (Sleepy Hollow 1999). The horseman carries a sword. But, as per my personal preference, if you were to go with the TV series, the horseman wears a red coat with a broad-axe. In which, the edges look heated up. Either way, I know it will be a sick killer to have. In either of these adaptations, you would also get a map, from the movie, it can be the town or the misty woods with the, "Tree of the Dead", or the arsenal/records room with a tunnel system from the TV series.

Coming to the powers and perks (Your free to make any changes to these as you like)

The killer's power is called, "The White Gallop/Death). Which is basically a horse that can traverse distances at a faster pace, unless if it collides into obstacles (Similar to Hillbilly). Only difference is that it can jump over windows and pallets. The horseman can swing his axe while riding in a direction when mounted. The horseman can ride until the power guage is depleted. (Prototype : It can be refilled upon successful attack on a survivor when mounted - This depends on your preference). Once depleted or disabled by pressing the power button (Similar to stopping a frenzy from the Legion). The Horseman will go through a 3 (This depends on you) second animation similar to a stun until he resumes to his normal speed.

His Perks -

Mindless Rage - This perk allows you to recover from a stun instantly, while damaging the pallet that stunned you. This perk has a high cool down (Which drops based on Yellow, Green and Purple Rank) and can only be activated when the killer gets hit by a pallet for the first time. The perk can be used multiple times in a match.

In the Arms of Death - Upon touching a generator within the killers terror radius. All available pallets and windows nearby will be blocked for 10/20/30 seconds. Regardless of the generator being worked on or not. This perk also has a cooldown. If a survivor is hit within the blocked area, all of the blocked pallets and windows will be opened/

A March To Victory - At the start of the trial, the killer can gain upto three tokens, each by damaging the locks on chest/boxes on the map. This would allow for the boxes to take even longer to open. By gathering tokens, the killer can use these tokens to block a specific generator for 30/40/50 seconds during the trial. This can only be used once per trial. This would indicate that the mercenary is causing damage to arms (aka items) with the help of the entity and thereby causing a dent in progress in the middle of the war.

New Survivor - Ichabod Crane.

Perks -

A New Perspective - During a chase, this perk activates showing the killers aura behind walls or windows for a limited time. This can only be activated after a safe unhook. (Saving a soul during war can bring about a new change in one's life when your faced with taking more than saving more). This perk can be used multiple times only once after a safe unhook. (This perk can be used by pushing the power button.

A Call to Arms - This perk allows the survivor to reveal his aura to any nearby survivors within a small radius to provide help in either healing or to perform any co-operative action. This can be shown even during the blindness status effect.

A Glimpse of Death - If the survivor who has this perk is the last survivor standing in a trial. This perk will activate, revealing the killers aura for 20/30/40 seconds. Allowing you to find your best way to survive in the trial.

(Note : Any of these perks or powers can be changed based on your preference. However, in my personal opinion, I would really love to see the Headless Horseman in DBD. I know its going to be licensed character, whether from the book, the movie or the TV series, it would be amazing! So, just wanted to check with you guys about this and I hope I get to see him because I will keep him as my main.
