Unknown Falling out of map after Teleporting

So i teleported but my game lagged when i teleported (screen went black for 2-3 seconds, instead of instantly). you cant see the lag in the footage though. after teleporting was finished i was in the correct position then all of a sudden i was teleported under the map, not a big deal it teleports me back up BUT i was next to a Fire barrel so it put me on top of that instead..
