Cross progression syncing problem

Hi, so as a long time xbox player i switched to pc some time ago, hearing about the cross progression made me happy but I've came across a problem, site doesn't register that I played dbd on xbox, it shows that I have only ever been playing on steam despite that not being true, syncing xbox on the site doesn't seem to work for me, should I be worried about it?
