XBOX: I think I’m on the wrong server

I play on Xbox and I’ve never had ping problems.
It’s been a few weeks since the problem happened, about a week before the mid chapter update.
Since then, every match I’ve been on has 100ms or more, and it’s becoming annoying.
Everytime I check my internet, it says I have no more than 70ms and mostly less.
I think it might be because of the server; I’m from Mexico City, so I don’t know in what server I’m supposed to be, but I also don’t know because there is no way to tell.
Also I’m not a technician, so I don’t know if it’s my internet or something else, but I just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t the server. My User is PsycoticPinguin#d4ab
