Being told I was banned for exploiting, which I have never done in this game is really heartbreaking and the fact that i had to write them multiple emails on 2 accounts just so they change the reason to harassment with no clarification is upsetting (pictures in the tweet i linked)

This is not a bug! You are entitled to one ban appeal with Player Support if that appeal is denied there are no further appeals allowed, being abusive to our support staff or constant spamming after receiving an answer, can have your access to our support services restricted.
