Platform: PC

Issue: Whenever I load into a game 15-30 seconds in I disconnect every time without fail and the error is always a dedicated server issue

Steps to replicate: 1) load game 2) search for game 3) get into match 4) disconnect 15-30 seconds in

How frequent is issue: I cannot play the game currently it happens in every match I load into
