Reporting people who insult in end game chat

So I was wondering if it's enough to just file an in-game report (chat harrasment) or if it's mandatory/better to also submit a reporting ticket on that player.

    If you're reporting something in the text chat, it's normally sufficient enough just to report them in-game.

    That said, if it's ongoing harassment or some form of dox threat, and you can provide additional context, then you can optionally create a support ticket.
