Dedicated Server Issue/Bug

PC - Steam. i have 790.8 hours, almost all being survivor. since yesterday, i am completely unable to play a game of survivor without the entire lobby disconnecting with a "dedicated server stopped responding" error. I do not get banned for this, the server simply stops responding. I have played on an alternate account which worked fine and i can play killer just fine. My friend logged into my account and queued a survivor game and was also kicked but their account works fine. Please fix this issue because it is not a network error, it is not my router, it is not my pc. I am completely unable to play the game.
