Crossprogression problems
when ever I go into my DBD folder in the site it gives this message top right "You need to connect to the game using this Account before performing this action". then when I want to merge it just says that synchronised account will appear here even tho I synced Nintendo and Xbox and lastly when I go through it to the end It'll give me this error message "We encountered a problem while syncing your progress. Try again later.". Even on Steam and Epic Games it gives me the same error.

Why am I unable to sync one of my platforms?
We highly recommend players boot the game on the latest version before enabling Cross-Progression, in order to facilitate the syncing process.

I haven't had a switch for a long time, it doesn't let me desynchronize the account. I'm not interested in the progress of switch, but those of ps5, Xbox and steam do. How can I do?

My problem is this. Today I started DBD on ps5, Xbox and steam and so everything is up to date. I didn't start the game on Switch because I don't care and I don't even have a console anymore. It doesn't make me do the last step giving me an error. It seems absurd to me. I can't even disconnect the Nintendo account, I can't solve it. I waited so long for this moment

This morning when I synced my xbox and steam accounts, some of my cosmetics did not transfer over. Like the Attack On Titan collaboration is on my xbox but not in my steam account.

I have not had any DLC characters transferred to Steam from Xbox, however I have the amulets and the characters' abilities, the same for ATAO, they do not give me the skins but they do give me the amulets.

To confirm, have you both launched the game on each platform that you're trying to sync progress from? It's important to log in on the latest update in order for cross-progression to work effectively.

Yep, same problem and BHVR does nothing but ask you to submit a ticket, and given how many people are experiencing problems, they'll likely respond in a few weeks with some generic auto-generated reply.
