My game keeps on crashing at random times after freezing for a quick second

Title says it all, my game crashes at random even when it's not under load, I can't even stay in the menu without the game crashing with this error code
Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG'
I'll also link the full crash log if that can be of help
