¿Ayudan con el congelamiento del juego?

Simplemente no puedo jugar, durante la pantalla de carga al iniciar el juego, después de la presentación del ultimo capitulo, se congela y deja de funcionar, incluso se cierra y aparece un cartel para enviar o no el reporte del error, pero no me llega ninguna solución y tampoco pude encontrar alguna en internet. Ya intente con verificar la integridad de los archivos y con desinstalar e instalar el juego, pero el problema persiste, incluso peor que antes, ya que antes por lo menos podía entrar al juego en sí, ver la tienda y buscar partida, para que se congele al momento de cargarla
