Dedicated Server Not Responding Error

i play on xbox and it seems that every other game i keep getting disconnected from the game because of a server error and i end up getting banned for 15 minutes everytime. This has not been an issue for me until the new update. My internet and everything is completely fine, i have tested it multiple times so it seems to be a problem on DBD’s side. If the error is that the DBD server is not responding, i should not be getting banned for that. Can we please have someone look into this as i know i am not the only one experiencing this. Thank you!
