Reporting a Bug on Mother's Dwelling (Red Forest)

This occurred while playing on PC as Killer, I was playing as The Onryo. Whenever I would Project myself to the TV on the second floor balcony of the Main Building of Mother's Dwelling, I would get stuck for an extended amount of time and would be unable to move without moving sporadically. It happened repeatedly and consistently but only for that specific TV. From my point of view it seemed like I was elastic banding back in front of the TV almost as if I was tethered to it.
