Cross Progression Not Working For Me

So yesterday I tried contacting dbd about this issue that I'm having and for some reason I CANNOT unlink my Xbox "saltnest" account the account that I don't want to sync and I want to sync and link my Xbox account named "joker13j" (the account that has everything) and merge it with my Xbox "saltnest" account (the account that has less stuff) and it wont let me unlink it and I'm scared I cant do cross progression anymore because whenever i try to do it it says "error occurred you have 1 or more games merged" Someone please help me out if possible!

    You are not able to link two accounts of the same platform - you can't cross progress between them
