PC- No Endurance after being unhooked

I recently played a game on the shattered square map against the oni. After my first unhook i didnt get the endurance status affect. This led to me being downed immediately as i tried to take a hit for the unhooker as soon as i was unhooked so it definitely hadn't ran out. This also happened the second time i was unhooked as i noticed the icon wasn't on the left hand side of my screen. I was playing as Nancy with the perks "Steak Out" "Dead hard" "Decisive Strike" and "Slippery Meat". I may be missing something but as far as im aware there should be no reason as to why i wasn't give endurance and i didn't perform any actions prior to being downed. I have yet to see this in another game.
