endurance is still bugged using only OTR

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor with two friends in a public match

Step 3 : Got hooked endgame

Step 4 : Did not proc basekit endurance

Noticed that OTR was not acknowledged in the recent bug fix patch - it is very much still bugged. Believe the map was grim pantry.
