"Owned" Filter for Survivors and Killers should be selected by Default

Love the new UI for character selection in Survivor/Killer lobbies, but it makes a lot more sense for the Default filter to be "Owned". If I wanted to look at characters I don't own yet, I'd expect to find those in the Store, not in my default view for character selection. It would be cool to at least maintain my selected default filtering, rather than resetting it after navigating.
