Problem with a cross progression

Recently i merged my xbox account to my steam account i've got all the skins, bp and iridescent shards but none of my dlc's got moved. Could it be because i didnt turn on the game on xbox for like 4 years? or is it something else?

    that could very well be it.

    It was recommended to start the game on both platforms once after syncing - with your main account being the first as your presets for perks/adding and cosmetics will be chosen that way.
