As someone with a low end pc, my pc can't hit 60 fps but I usually hit 50 while playing. Due to this I use my NVidia control panel to cap the game at 50 fps. I do this because if not my fps will spike from 50-58 causing stutters. When I do this while playing at my new custom cap it causes input delay. I don't have this issue when I use the 30 fps setting in game but it happens when I use my custom. One of my friends has the same issue, they have a 100 hz monitor and prefer to not play with the 120 cap setting. They tried to custom cap the game in nvidia aswell to 100 but it causes them input delay aswell.
